Returns

We will gladly accept returns for a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please note Final Sale items are excluded from the return policy. Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We do not issue refunds, and we do not accept returns for change of mind
  • Please contact us within 7 days business days of receiving your order to organise returns/exchanges
  • Customers are responsible for paying the cost of shipping when returning/exchanging an item. Returned packages must have a tracking number
  • If your item is Incorrect or faulty please contact us at

    shop@alrunafashion.com and we will resolve the issue for you. Items must be in original condition and tags attached.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items

  • For international returns, please contact us at shop@alrunafashion.com to organise returns. Please contact us within 10 days from receiving your order.
